Heron judge holding a scroll for the Club 6E terms and conditions

These terms cover the use of Club 6E at club-6e.com, including the free colour prediction game and every guide on the site. They are dated 27 October 2026. By opening the site or registering for the game you accept them; if you do not, please close the page.

They are short because the site is simple: there is no money, no subscription and no account held anywhere but your own browser. The page on what the browser stores deals with data; this page deals with everything else.

Using the site

Club 6E is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may read the guides, register for the game, play as many rounds as you like, reset your coins and delete your account, all without payment. Nothing on the site creates a contract for goods, services or money between you and Club 6E, and there is no customer relationship beyond the email address in our contact details.

The game runs entirely in your browser. You are responsible for the device and browser you use, for keeping your own password, and for logging out on a phone that other people can unlock.

Adults only

You must be 18 years old or older to register for or play the game. The sign-up form asks you to confirm this and refuses to continue without the tick. If you are under 18, you may read the guides but you must not open an account, and a parent or guardian may remove any account from a device using the steps in the privacy policy.

Practice coins

Every balance in the game is made of practice coins. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold, cannot be transferred between accounts or devices, and cannot be exchanged for rupees, goods, prizes or anything else. A new account starts with 10,000 and the “Reset coins” button restores that figure at any time for free. Winning coins creates no entitlement of any kind, and losing them costs you nothing.

Club 6E has no deposit, withdrawal, recharge, wallet or payout feature and never will. India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 have banned online money games since 1 May 2026; the summary of the Act sets out what that covers. Any offer to buy, sell or cash out Club 6E coins comes from a third party acting without our permission and, in all likelihood, outside the law.

Fair use

The game is a learning tool and the guides are written to be read, not copied. The table sets out what is fine and what is not.

The mascot artwork, page text and tables are the property of the site’s publisher. The game’s rules and figures are facts and may be described freely; the wording and images that explain them may not be lifted wholesale.

Guides and accuracy

The guides describe the game as it is coded and the law as it stands on the date shown at the top of each page. They are general information, not legal, financial or medical advice, and they are not a substitute for reading the Act itself or for speaking to a professional. Where a guide quotes a probability or long-run average, that figure describes many rounds, never any single round; the next digit is always a fresh 1-in-10 draw, as the prediction guide explains.

We correct errors when we find them or when readers report them. We do not accept responsibility for decisions you take on the basis of a guide, in particular any decision to pay money to a third-party app or person.

No warranty

The site and the game are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a purpose or uninterrupted operation. Browser updates, blocked storage, private tabs and cleared site data can all remove an account, and we cannot restore one. Rounds keep ticking on the clock whether or not the page is open.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Club 6E and its publisher are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including lost practice coins, lost badges or time spent playing. Since nothing on the site is sold, no refund can arise.

Other sites and copies

Guides link to outside sources such as government portals and browser documentation. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Links are provided for reference, not as endorsement.

Apps, pages, channels, helplines and groups that use the Club 6E name without permission are not connected to this site, and we accept no responsibility for anything they ask for or do. The real-or-fake guide explains how to tell them apart; the only real address is club-6e.com and the only contact is the email below.

Changes

We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change counts as acceptance of the new terms. We may also change, pause or withdraw the game or any guide at any time without notice; because no money is involved, no compensation can be due.

Rules for the Site, Limits for Yourself

These terms set the rules for the site; they cannot set the rules for your evening. Decide how many rounds you will play before you start, and let the VIP counter remind you how many you have already sat through.

If playing has stopped feeling like a game, the free lines in India are open: Tele-MANAS on 14416, and iCALL on 9152987821. Both are confidential.

For adults only. Club 6E coins are a practice score: nobody sells them, nobody cashes them, and each result is a random digit your own phone draws. Paid online games have been illegal across India since 1 May 2026, so the whole club runs on practice coins. Read the responsible gaming guide.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Questions about these terms go to contact@club-6e.com. To start playing within these rules, open the register page or return to the Club 6E overview for every guide, including the one on responsible gaming.
